David's experience encompasses all facets of health care, including hospital operations as well as information technology. He has worked extensively with patient care and clinical systems, patient administrative and general financial applications, organizational infrastructure and operational management. He works with national clients on both consulting and interim management engagements; his clients have included children's hospitals, general acute care and academic/teaching medical centers, research facilities, integrated delivery networks, independent physician associations, managed care and health maintenance organizations. David recently served as Interim Chief Operating Officer for a 208 bed community medical center (part of a three-hospital health system) where he was a key contributor to clinical operations and organizational growth: opening 10 new ORs, introducing a surgical robot and doubling the size of the Emergency Department and Women's Services.
